Hunting Zones
Hungary is globally known for its high densities of roe deer and its large roe buck trophies.
However, for a good hunt for does and fawns, the only areas with significant densities are all located in the East and Southeast of Hungary. Plain hunting east of the Danube.
Based in Hungary since its inception, the Hunting Pleasure team has selected about ten territories. The general annual quota far exceeds 800 roe deer.
For a spotting and final stalking hunt, we recommend several territories south of Budapest and in the northeast of Hungary (as it is more wooded). Daily harvests between 5 and 8 roe deer per hunter on average.
For long-distance shooting, large plain territories 2 hours from Budapest. Daily harvests between 10 and 20 roe deer per hunter. However, you will need a rifle with a good scope and set to 200m!
